AI Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Shopwrecked LLC operates an AI voice and text agent service (the "Service"). This page explains how artificial intelligence is used in it.

You are talking with an AI

Your agent is an artificial intelligence (AI) system, not a person. Its voice is an AI-generated voice and its text messages are AI-generated. Your agent will identify itself as an AI agent at the start of every conversation it initiates, whether by an outbound call or an outbound text message. When you start a conversation with your agent, by calling, texting or in the browser, we presume you know you are speaking with an AI, so the agent does not need to announce that it is an AI. Your agent will never claim to be human, and it will answer honestly whenever you ask whether you are talking with an AI.

Calls with an AI-generated voice

The FCC has ruled (FCC 24-17, February 2024) that an AI-generated voice is an "artificial" voice under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Your agent will call or text only the account holder, and only after the account holder has given prior express consent. You can withdraw that consent for text messages at any time by replying STOP, or for anything by contacting support@shopwrecked.com.

Which AI models are used

The agent's replies and voice are produced by third-party AI models, from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and ElevenLabs. Use of these models is subject to their usage policies, including the OpenAI Usage Policies and the Anthropic Usage Policy, and to our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy lists the subprocessors we use.

AI can be wrong

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on the agent for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.

Your data and AI training

We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.
