These SMS Terms are part of the Terms of Service of Shopwrecked LLC ("Shopwrecked", "we", "us").
Program
Program name: Shopwrecked Agent Messaging.
Program description: Shopwrecked LLC operates an AI voice and text agent for its account holders. When you add your own mobile number to your account and tick the consent box, the agent you set up sends text messages to that number: replies to the messages you send it, and notices about your account and the tasks you gave it. These are conversational and account messages sent only to the account holder who asked for them. We do not send marketing messages.
Your agent sends messages, replies included, only to a number that has given SMS consent.
How you opt in
You opt in on our website by entering your mobile number and ticking a box that reads exactly: "Text me from my Shopwrecked agent; Message and data rates may apply; Message frequency varies; reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help". See the SMS consent page for how the box appears.
Consent to the Shopwrecked Agent Messaging program is required to use the Service's text message features. The program is conversational and transactional: your agent's replies to you and notices about your account and tasks, not marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with how you use your agent: it depends on how many messages you send it and how many tasks you ask it to report on.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Shopwrecked LLC does not charge you for receiving text messages; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
Opt out: STOP
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPT OUT, and we will honor any other reasonable request to opt out. After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
Help: HELP
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact us at support@shopwrecked.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
AI-generated content
Messages from your agent are written by an artificial intelligence (AI) system, not by a person. Your agent will identify itself as an AI agent at the start of every conversation it initiates by an outbound text message. When you start a conversation with your agent, by calling, texting or in the browser, we presume you know you are speaking with an AI, so the agent does not need to announce that it is an AI. It will never claim to be human, and it will answer honestly whenever you ask whether you are talking with an AI. See our AI Disclosure.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Verification codes
Shopwrecked LLC texts a one-time code to the mobile number you enter on our website, so you can verify that number. These codes are not part of the Shopwrecked Agent Messaging program and do not come from your agent's number. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email support@shopwrecked.com. Reply STOP to stop receiving codes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or authorized user, of the mobile number you enter.
