Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the AI voice and text agent service operated by Shopwrecked LLC (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Who may use the Service

You must be 18 or older. Each account is for one person, who must own or be authorized to use the mobile number on the account.

What the Service is for

Your agent is a personal assistant that talks and texts with you, the account holder. It is not a tool for contacting other people in bulk.

You must not

• Impersonate anyone. Do not use the Service, or your agent's voice, to impersonate any person, business, government agency or official, or to make anyone believe they are talking with a human when they are talking with an AI. No impersonation of real people, including by cloning or imitating a real person's voice without their permission.
• Send marketing. No outbound marketing: do not use the Service to send marketing, promotional, advertising or political messages or calls, and do not send unsolicited messages or calls of any kind.
• Make robocalls or bulk messages. Do not use the Service to place automated calls or texts with an AI-generated or artificial voice to anyone who has not given prior express consent, or to send bulk or high-volume traffic.
• Break the law. Do not use the Service in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC rules (including the FCC's February 2024 ruling, FCC 24-17, that AI-generated voices are "artificial" voices under the TCPA), CTIA messaging guidelines, carrier rules, or any other law.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent or deceptive.
• Send prohibited content by text message. Do not cause any text message sent through our SMS program to contain content involving sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco (the "SHAFT" categories), illegal drugs, gambling, debt collection, or loans and high-risk financial services.
• Phish or defraud. Do not request passwords, one-time codes, payment details or other sensitive information from anyone under false pretenses.
• Misuse AI models. Do not use the Service in ways the AI model providers prohibit, including under the OpenAI Usage Policies and the Anthropic Usage Policy: for example, to generate content that exploits or harms children, facilitates weapons or violence, or deceives people about whether they are interacting with AI.
• Reach emergency services. Do not use the Service to call or text 911 or other emergency numbers; it is not built for that.
• Attack the Service. Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security, usage limits or spending caps of the Service, or share your account.

Enforcement

Shopwrecked LLC may remove content, limit features, reclaim phone numbers, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and may report illegal activity to the authorities. To report abuse, contact support@shopwrecked.com.
